With the Smart Meter Dashboard you can:

• Link multiple water accounts to one login 
• See detailed water usage information for the property
• Set water usage alerts that can help you stay under your water budget
• Identify the cause of a high bill
• Check the status of repairs made to leaks in your water system

The Smart Meter Dashboard can be accessed from the Customer Connect Portal. Once you login and reach the homepage, you can access the Smart Meter Dashboard by clicking either of the links circled below. 

The homepage for the Smart Meter Dashboard gives you an overview of your water usage and any alerts that may have been triggered by the water meter. 

Customer Information and Address

The top of the homepage has basic customer and account information. You can also use the dropdown arrow next to Customer/Account No. to switch between multiple water accounts.

Widgets

• Billing Cycle Usage: Shows current total water used through billing cycle and compares it to the previous billing cycle and the same billing cycle from the previous year.
• Billing Cycle Data: Shows the date the current billing cycle started and water use data in gallons. It also shows total water usage in gallons for the previous billing cycle, as well as the usage for the same billing cycle from the previous year.
• Alerts: Shows the alerts that have been triggered in the last 60 days.
• Notifications: Shows any messages the District might want to share with our customers
• Billing Cycle Threshold: Customizable alert that notifies you if your water usage exceeds a specified amount during that billing cycle.

Menu

• Smart Meter Dashboard: Takes you back to the Smart Meter Dashboard homepage
• Usage Details: Shows the water usage for the property. Water usage can be viewed in 24 hour, 7 day, 30 day, or 12 month intervals. You can also view water usage over a specified date of time.
• Meters: List of meters linked to the Smart Meter Dashboard account.
• Settings: 
  • Usage Alerts: Customizable usage alerts that notify you when your usage exceeds your specified amount. Usage alerts can be set for water usage over an entire billing cycle, 7 days, or daily usage. The meter will send an alert if the water usage goes over your specified amount over the period of time selected.
  • Alert Recipients: Gives you the ability to add a person to receive usage alerts. This also gives you the ability to add a leak detected and high flow alert.
  • User Settings: Manage your contact information.
  • Units: Choose what units to display for usage and weather data.

  

The Smart Meter Dashboard gives you the option to be notified if the meter detects water usage over a specified usage threshold you set. 

• Billing Cycle Usage Alert: Alerts you when your water usage exceeds the specified amount over a billing cycle.
• Multi-Day Alert: Alerts you when your water usage exceeds the specified amount over7 days.
• Daily Usage Alert: Alerts you when your water usage exceeds the specified amount over a day.
• Vacation Alert: Allows you to temporarily override your normal daily usage alert.
• Leak Detected Alert: An alert is sent when the meter detects 24 hours of continuous water usage at the property.
• High Flow Alert: An alert is sent when the meter detects an abnormally high flow of water occurring at the property. 

Billing cycle, Multi-Day, Daily, and Vacation usage alerts can be configured and enabled through the usage alerts menu option. You can then set the desired usage parameters and check the box that says Enabled.

Leak detected and high flow alerts can be enabled through the alert recipients menu option. You can select edit for the Customer Owner to add the selected alerts. You can also add multiple alert recipients by selecting the Add alert recipient option. You can then add a name, email, and phone number to receive the selected alerts.
