The District's Finance Department is responsible for financial planning and analysis, internal control and auditing, cash and investments, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, billing and collecting revenue for water, and procuring goods and services for the District.
The department also prepares and monitors the District’s operating and capital improvement program (CIP) budgets, including revenue and expenditure projections. It is also responsible for water rate and other fee studies and ensures that they are in compliance with District policy and all applicable state laws.
