The District offers several different payment options so you can make the best choice to fit your needs.

Online Payment Options

The District is pleased to offer our customers the option to pay online through our Online Payment Portal. With our online payment portal, you can pay your bill anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments are posted to your account immediately. The District uses a third party automated payment service that accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Electronic Check (eCheck). Convenience Fees apply.

What you need to use this service:

• Your Account number from your water bill
• First and Last Name of Account Holder to Register
• Your Credit Card number or check routing information
• Your Email address to email your payment confirmation to you. We do not use your email for anything except District business.

How to take advantage of Online Billpay:

• Access our Online Payment Portal and manage your accounts. If this is your first time using this system, you will be asked to create a user profile.
• The District uses an independent company to provide Online Billpay service to our customers. There is a fee to use this service. The fee covers payment handling and processing charges and is based on the amount of the payment. You will see the fee amount prior to submitting your payment. The District does not receive any part of the service fee.

AutoPay

With Auto Pay, you'll never have to worry about writing a check, paying for postage, or risking costly late fees again. Through AutoPay, your bi-monthly bill is paid automatically from either your checking or savings account, and you continue to receive a statement stating the approximate date the payment will be deducted from your account. Sign up for AutoPay through our Online Payment Portal.

Note: When signing up for AutoPay, you must have a zero account balance. Once in the Online Payment Portal and prior to signing up for AutoPay, submit a payment for any outstanding balance shown in your Account Summary.

In Person Payment

You may pay your water bill at either the District's headquarters located at 306 Third Street in downtown Laguna Beach. The District’s office hours are Monday thru Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Payment Drop Boxes

The District has two convenient and secure payment drop boxes. An after hours night drop is located at the front entrance of the District’s headquarters and a 24-hour drop box is located on the wall adjacent to the handicap parking space located in the District's customer parking lot.
