If you need to contact the District after business hours, call the District's main line (949) 494-1041. The District's automated after hours attendent will prompt you to dial "2" to reach our after hours attendant who will connect you with a customer service field representative.

How do I Identify a District Employee

Knowing how to identify a Laguna Beach County Water District employee could prevent you from becoming a victim of false representation. Here's how to tell a District employee from an imposter:

  1. District employees drive official vehicles clearly marked with our name.
  2. They will always wear a photo ID badge with our logo in plain view. (You might see them in orange, blue or white shirts.)
